We are an independent benefits agency founded in 2023. Located in Sioux Center, we are proud to call Northwest Iowa home. We specialize in solutions to meet your employee benefits needs, whether you have hundreds of employees or a few. We take a strategic approach to analyzing your employee recruitment and retention needs and budget, then develop a targeted strategy to satisfy those needs and add value to your business with insurance solutions and HR support.
We customize our recommendations for each individual client. We are independent and non-captive, which means that we represent you, the client, and work as your advocate, guiding you through.
Jenn founded Center Benefits in 2023 to serve the employers and employees of Sioux Center and beyond, after 8 years as Benefits Director at Zeutenhorst Financial.
With a passion for delivering excellence, she prizes the relationships she builds with her clients using her experience in managing group insurance, benefits consulting, human resources, and project management.
Jenn brings industry expertise to helping employers with both self-funded and fully-insured programs as well as consumer directed healthcare plans (CDHPs). Her knowledge also extends to ancillary areas which includes dental, vision, life, disability, pre-tax plans and worksite benefits.
Jenn specializes in the placement of insurance and ongoing stewardship including claims review and analysis, vendor management, plan design strategy, renewal negotiation, employee advocacy, employee communications, benefits compliance, and HR support.
Jenn lives in Sioux Center with her husband, Mike, and is a busy but blessed mom of three children. She enjoys representing her community at city council meetings, walking on the bike trail, yoga, and reading non-fiction.
